This project was a perfect example of builders, architects and developers focusing on the areas within their field of expertise and contracting us to handle the interactive, photography, print, branding and marketing. We began with brand. There was an outdated 1960’s era condominiums at the site and after a site visit, we decided to integrate some of the styles from the existing sign. Our designers converted the existing palm tree icon on the sign to a retro Tropicana Vegas look and selected a font that was fitting to the architectural 3D renderings of the new 27-floor tower. We then photographed the local attractions, beach and aerials needed to begin telling a story. The print collateral that we created was unique for the area with elements of elegance and nuevo retro mixed with caribbean colors. Once we established the look and feel, it was fairly easy to apply it to other areas, such as a interactive kiosk experience in the lobby of the sales office.
