This editorial/promotional video was a true passion project. A small non-profit that sponsored free fishing trips for men with cancer approached us about a simple awareness video. Jamey, our Creative Director, flew to Paradise, Utah with a small production crew to capture some short interviews and b-roll video footage. As the shoot unfolded, Jamey realized that this was a much bigger opportunity to really let the world know what how important the Reel Recovery organization was and how a more in-depth story was justified. The video was supposed to be under 2 minutes but ended up closer to 5 minutes and was nominated for an Emmy™ Award in 2012.
